Atlantis

For any Atlantis fans out there here's a post for you. This model is both creative and  inspiring, because it has sea creatures float in the air, using translucent clear rods to suspend the floating creatures in a most lifelike appearance.  Also, the use of many different plants, different types of seaweed. And interestingly enough the terracing used to make it so it doesn't look quite flat, and the random pieces of rock here and there.

Micro Scale Alien Abduction

A Lego alien abduction built in micro-scale! this creation looks like it was built quite fast. The black and white circle studs I think are supposed to be cattle, sheep, and cows. I think the best part is the farm house, the book being used as a roof is very creative.

Cubedudes

Cubedudes, as the guys are called for their squarish head, are not regular minifigures. They can be anything you want them to be, including real business people or figures of our imagination, like wizards, devils, goblins, trolls or vikings (like the viking shown above). Cubedudes are getting more and more popular. I think that soon we might have cubedudes instead of minifigures because cubedudes are more detailed.

Micro Scale Star Wars

Easy to make small scale replicas of Star Wars. First, the TIE fighter is made of three pieces, a cross axle connector, and two black wheels. For the Millenium Falcon it's made up of nine pieces one of the biggest pieces is the round shield piece used for the top, and another is the flat round piece, other pieces include light saber handle, sideways clip, translucent blue cone, two light grey three stud wings also in this picture it doesn't show it but there are translucent blue circle studs for the tail lights, and there is a light grey piece inside to fill the gap on the other side.

Micro-Scale Castle

Micro scale is when Lego creations are smaller and are more of a landscape creation. Here is a micro scale of a castle that I made, please notice the unique rock formation supporting the castle and also note the vine like plants growing off the sides.

Medieval Long Sword

This long sword is made up of five piece. A light saber handle grey, 1x1 clip grey, 4x1 stud smooth grey,  and a pair of grey minifigure hands. The light saber handle goes up into the 1x1 clip, and the 4x1 stud smooth fits vericaly into the clip, having the grey hands attach to the 4x1 stud smooth in either facing up or down.

Medieval Crossbow

Here's a post about a crossbow that I designed. it has a really straight forward design. As in the picture it is made out of five pieces. The first piece is sort of a gun or a megaphone, the next piece is a 1x1 plate with vertical holder, the third piece is a 1x1 lamp holder, then the next two pieces are white horns, according to Pick A Brick.

Series 5 Lego Minifigures are Almost Out!

Just caught word from the owner of Whistle Stop Toys that these would come out soon, I truly cannot wait! For a castle theme I might recommend the dwarf with the winged helmet, double bladed axe, black beard, and the round shield looks the best, the Cleopatra style lady holding the green snake also  looks pretty good, and the Gladiator with the knife and shield still looks awesome. I think these will sell even quicker than Series 4 minifigures did. I  like Series 5 minifigures a lot, I think they look great.

How to make a Lego fire sword

Post number three is here. How to Make a Lego Fire Sword. Well, it's pretty simple, some fire has little stubs you can insert into another piece of fire. The length of the fire sword depends on how many pieces of fire are used. Watch the video below

Lego Pirates of The Caribbean

Time for post number two. So who doesn't like Pirates of The Caribbean? And who reading this blog doesn't like Lego's? Yep, time for a new Lego series: Pirates of the Caribbean. So there are eight different Pirates of the Caribbean sets out so far. I have not bought any yet. If you haven't watched the movie then the Lego sets are kind of a spoiler. But I have seen the movie and I think that the Lego sets resemble what happens in the movie very well, especially in set code number 4192.  I think that the new series could lead to something big.
